Directors

Paul Murphy
A gas engineer of 20+ years, it was Paul that saw a gap in the market for a truly great gas and insulation firm and founded Invictus Energy Group to provide just that.
Paul Tilley
Paul’s friendship with co-director Paul Murphy dates back to childhood. With Paul Tilley’s customer-focused business experience, it is his insight that helps drive Invictus Energy Group forward.

Nathan manages our Eco4 program and brings a huge amount of experience to all aspects of the work we do here at Invictus Energy Group.

Beth brings an unparalleled wealth of ECO knowledge and experience to her role as Strategy and Development Manager.

Lorraine is our in-house Retrofit Coordinator, ensuring our work is of the highest standard across the business.
Sales & Installations
We created Invictus Energy Group to go above and beyond the standard of care and customer service we witnessed in the industry. To do that, we hired and trained the best sales and customer service staff we could find.
Tom Iveson
Sales and Installs Team Leader, Tom ensures that your survey and installation go as smoothly as possible, keeping your smiling throughout the process.
James Baston
James is our customer service guru, with years of successful experience in organising boiler installs, customer relations and consumer satisfaction.
Molly Patterson
Molly joined us in 2025 and is quickly becoming a go-to person for customers and staff alike due to her professional attitude and great work ethic.

Elysia joins our booking team bringing a wealth of former NHS experience, and is quickly adapting to helping people stay warmer in their homes for less

Admin & Compliance
Our work with the ECO4 and GBIS insulation and heating grants naturally produces a lot of complex and detailed administrative and compliance work.

Kayleigh Johnson
Kayleigh is an ECO4 veteran, having worked in various roles across the insulation and heating industry before finding her home here at Invictus.

Lauren has astounded our experienced team with how quickly she has picked up the complexities of ECO4 admin, and is a rising star for Invictus.
Megan Parr
Megan came through our Apprentice scheme and now form the vital core of our administration and compliance team, as well as being a qualified DEA.
Beth Clayton
Beth brings a wealth of experience to our business administration team as well as regularly giving our staff a great laugh with her comedy outbursts.
Gas Engineers
All of our gas engineers are GasSafe registered and are held to high standards by Martin and Dave to ensure the work they do in your home is safe and efficient.
Dylan Naylor
Dylan has finished his long gas apprenticeship with Invictus, and is now an up-and-coming gas superstar!
Keith Cunningham
All round good guy, Keith is an excellent gas engineer with over 15 years experience.
Insulation Team
Because we’re dedicated to home heat efficiency and go beyond gas boilers, we employ a team of trained and accredited insulation surveyors and insulation specialists.

‘Little Ian’ is a first-rate plasterer and all-round handy man. It’s often his superior finish to wall insulation that has our customers beaming.
